Guangdong Huineng Silicone Products Co., Ltd. Technical Center
The Technical Center is the core R&D institution of Guangdong Huineng Silicone Products Co., Ltd. Established in 2009 and evolving alongside the company, it occupies over 1,200 square meters and employs more than 20 R&D personnel, including 2 nationally certified Senior Engineers. Core team members each possess over 10 years of experience in silicone materials R&D.
The Center develops a range of products including RTV silicone, addition-cure potting compounds, condensation-cure potting compounds, thermal greases, and high-temperature solid adhesives. We focus on solving bonding challenges in sectors like LED, electronics & electrical appliances, new energy, 5G communications, engineering machinery, and chemical components. Through proprietary raw materials and unique production processes developed in-house, we ensure product quality meets high cost-performance demands.
Equipped with modern laboratories and testing facilities, the Center houses advanced instruments such as tensile testers, conductivity testers, dielectric constant testers, withstand voltage testers, thermal conductivity testers, salt spray chambers, UV yellowing testers, flame retardancy testers, and high-temperature/high-humidity chambers. This enables comprehensive verification from raw material analysis to finished product performance testing, guaranteeing the reliability and stability of our R&D outcomes.
The Center has filed over 10 patents. Key products developed include High Thermal Conductive Flame Retardant Thermal Grease and Low-Volatility One-Component Silicone, which have obtained UL, FDA, ROHS, and REACH certifications. These innovations have filled critical technological gaps in China's mid-to-high-end electronic silicone market.
Through industry-academia-research collaboration, we accelerate the transformation of laboratory technologies into mass production processes. This drives the rapid expansion of our product applications in emerging fields like new energy, automotive electronics, and 5G communication equipment.
