| One-Component Silicone
・One-component silicone refers to silicone rubber that requires only one component (i.e., one packaging form) and can be cured by contact with moisture (moisture) in the air.
・One-component silicone is extremely widely used and essential in the lighting industry, especially in the field of LED lighting, mainly due to its excellent high and low temperature resistance, weather resistance, electrical insulation, flexibility, sealing, adhesion, light transmission (optional), and easy application.

| One-Component Thermal Conductive Grease / Thermal Conductive Gel
・One-component thermally conductive grease: It is the main force in the lighting industry, and is widely used in various scenarios with its high thermal conductivity, low thermal resistance, no curing and cost advantages. The biggest challenge is the potential pump-out risk.
・One-component thermally conductive gel: It is growing rapidly in the lighting industry, especially in applications with medium to high power, high reliability requirements (outdoor, industrial, lighting) and vibration/thermal cycling. Its core strengths are excellent pump-out resistance, excellent gap filling capability and extremely low stress, which significantly improve the long-term reliability and life of the lamp. The curing step is the main process limitation.

| Two-Component Potting Compound
・Two-component potting compound: A component (base adhesive) and B component (curing agent) are packed separately. Before use, the A and B components must be fully mixed in precise proportions, and only after mixing will the chemical reaction begin to cure. The curing process does not depend on air humidity, the curing speed mainly depends on the formulation and temperature, usually curing more thoroughly and faster (especially deep curing), suitable for applications requiring deep and fast curing or large volume filling (e.g. mold making, large area potting). Operation is relatively more complex and requires mixing equipment.
・Two-component potting compound, due to its unparalleled weather resistance, light stability, flexibility, electrical insulation and thermal management capabilities, has become an indispensable key material in the modern lighting industry. It plays a central role in LED chip encapsulation, module protection, power potting, optical bonding, shell sealing and heat dissipation interface, which is directly related to the performance, reliability, life and safety of the lamps and lanterns. With the LED technology to higher power, smaller volume, more intelligent development, as well as the lamp life and reliability requirements continue to improve, the application of two-component silicone will only be more extensive and in-depth.
