| One-Component Silicone
・One-component silicone refers to silicone rubber that requires only one component (i.e., one form of packaging) and can be cured by exposure to moisture (water) in the air.
・One-component silicone adhesives are used in a wide range of critical applications in the electrical and electronics industry, thanks to their excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, weathering, electrical insulation, flexibility, sealing, bonding, light transmission (optional), and easy application properties.

| One-Component Thermal Conductive Grease / Thermal Conductive Gel
・One-component thermal greases (especially high-performance, curable) are still preferred in applications that pursue extreme thermal conductivity and ultra-low thermal resistance (e.g., top CPUs/GPUs, high power density chips), but their construction process (especially automation) and curing requirements are the main challenges.
・Thermal conductive gels are increasingly used in modern electronics manufacturing, especially in large-scale, automated production, and scenarios with high requirements for reliability and assembly efficiency (such as servers, consumer electronics, automotive electronics, and multi-chip modules) due to their excellent automated workability, no curing, low stress, excellent gap filling, and vibration/thermal cycling resistance. Its thermal conductivity is also constantly improving, continuously eroding the traditional advantages of silicone grease.

| Two-Component Potting Compound
・Two-component potting compound: A component (base adhesive) and B component (curing agent) are packed separately. Before use, the A and B components must be fully mixed in precise proportions, and only after mixing will the chemical reaction begin to cure. The curing process does not depend on air humidity, the curing speed mainly depends on the formulation and temperature, usually curing more thoroughly and faster (especially deep curing), suitable for applications requiring deep and fast curing or large volume filling (e.g. mold making, large area potting). Operation is relatively more complex and requires mixing equipment.
